Though written entirely in Japanese, there are clear charts to follow.

This issue focuses on warmth and comfort with a few bulky knits, lots of cardigans and pullover, plus some accessories.

The patterns include:
Traditional knitting stitch patterns of Cowichan sweaters are used in a bulky cardigan, shown on left;
A beautiful 2-colour cropped cardigan using a light variegated yarn for contrast is shown below right;
A sideways pullover with cabled top and hem looks like a great choice for a first pattern for those new to Japanese knitting patterns;

Each sweater is fully charted with clear schematics.

NOTE: As with many Japanese garment designs, they are often only charted for one size, and the knitter has to re-calculate for their desired size.
