The Customer Gallery is a special area for my customers to show fellow knitters their most prized works of knitting. Customers are welcome to contact me about having their work exhibited. See Notes for Submission below.


**New** Willma Roberts, from Barrie, ON, Canada, is an avid lace knitter, and has 2 beautiful laceworks on display - a tablecloth from Knitted Lace Patterns of Christine Duchrow Vol III and the Pine Tree Shawl from Gossamer Webs Design Collection.

**New** Ruth Martin, from Shearwater, NS, Canada, knit a gorgeous pair of gloves for her niece in superwash merino and hand-dyed fingering purchased from the Colinette Yarns Mill Outlet Store in Wales, using the Sanquhar style glove pattern from Shirl the Purl.

Carolyn Franke, from Toronto, ON, Canada, was inspired by the magnificent Chinese robes in the Royal Ontario Museum for this special little girl's sweater.

Carolyn Franke, from Toronto, ON, Canada, designed a colourful sweater in Eastern themes as a gift for the first child of friends. Beautiful colours!

Cherilyn Roosen-Runge, from Toronto, ON, Canada, knit a beautiful baby sweater for a friend in Turkey.

Jill Scheetz, from Hall, Australia, entered these hats as part of a contest.

Dorothy Siemens, from Toronto, ON, Canada, knit a gorgeous vest for her husband, with intarsia whippets around the vest.

Nancy Rawlinson, from Toronto ON, Canada, loves colourwork in knitting - Fair Isle, Mosaic Knitting and two-colour historical patterns.

Helga Rudolph, from Thornhill, ON, Canada, made a very special gift for her brother - a Kaffe Fassett sweater.

Maureen Mason Jamieson, from Toronto, Canada has experimented with patchwork knitting, inspired by the German books Das neue Stricken and Das neue Stricken Kindermode.

Jill Scheetz, from Hall, Australia, undertook a very special project of making gloves for several supportive friends. They are all unique and beautifully made.


Notes for Submission

If you would like to exhibit your work in the customer gallery:

  • Please forward me an email with a written description of your work. Please include any special information about the work, ie techniques used, who it was made for, what makes it special to you. Up to 300 words or so is fine, but feel free to be brief if you choose. If there are any editing changes required, I will send you an e-mail for you to review.
  • Send scanned photo of your work attached to an e-mail, or 1-3 photos to my address: 99 Sudbury St., Suite 5, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, M6J 3S7, along with a return envelope. (don't worry about including return postage, I'll be glad to pay for that).
  • Please ensure that the photos are well-lit and show detail, have good colour and are in focus - ie I want your knitting to look great!
  • Work exhibited on the site will rotate, in order to show off the work of a variety of knitters.
