"I designed this sweater for our friends' new baby, Sabrina. Her parents are of Chinese descent so it was a natural choice to look at the magnificent Chinese robes in the Royal Ontario Museum for inspiration. The sweater has an asymettrical opening fastened with ties, a seed stitch border and cuffs and and duplicate stitch butterflies, each one different, on the back, front and sleeves. Sabrina looks like a queen in it!"
