Expressions of Love Scarves
Fiddlesticks Knitting Patterns and Yarns

Three pretty, lace scarves reflect expressions of love in their patterning. The pink scarf is called "I Love You" and features a heart motif. The yellow scarf is called "Say it with Flowers" and has little lace flowers sprigged overall. The violet scarf is called "Hugs and Kisses" and features "X"s and "O"s to symbolize hugs and kisses.

Scarves are knit in garter stitch with lace shaping on one side only, and charts are easy to read and understand.

Design Details                   

Recommended yarn: Fiddlesticks Knitting Exquisite (laceweight - 50% mulberry silk, 50% merino wool) each ball approx. 50 g / 500 m
Each scarf uses a bit more than 1/2 ball of yarn, so scarves can be made longer by working more repeats if desired.

Finished scarf sizes:
I Love You: Approx. 10 inches wide and 44 inches long
Say it With Flowers: Approx. 10 inches wide and 52 inches long
Hugs and Kisses: Approx. 9 inches wide and 58 inches long

Needles:
3.5 mm or 4 mm (US 4 or 6).
If ordering Addi Lace Circular needles, note that the pattern recommended size may differ from the size you require to get gauge.
