Here are both capelets spread out, with the Whimsical Capelet on top and the Frivolous Capelet below. Measurements around the shoulders (at the top of the ruffle for Whimsical and the base of the ribbing for Frivolous) are approximately 39 inches for Small/Medium and 45 inches for Large. Both are easily adjustable with the I-cord ties, making them wearable higher or lower on the shoulders and on smaller or larger shoulders.
