The Lacy Lattice Stole is an elegant mohair rectangle, just right for covering bare shoulders on cool summer evenings. The main body combines a diamond and cable-like lace pattern, and the ends are in a woven lattice pattern. The lacy edging is added last. The stole is knit in a wonderfully soft and fine mohair yarn.
The main body is knit first using garter stitch (the pattern appears the same on both sides). The lacy ends are added after the body is completed.
The pattern uses three balls of Filatura di Crosa "Baby Kid Extra" (25 gram ball = 245 metres). Finished size is 22 1/2 inches x 76 inches.
